The South 40 Dock is on the South side of the Waldo Point Harbor houseboat commuity, just 50 m North of the Sausalito city boundary. Many of the residents of the 47 houseboats on the dock are artists, writers, musicians, or wannabes, and have posted some of their works on this Google site.
