Table of Contents
Each chapter is a single pdf file which can be downloaded to your computer to read at leisure, copied on a CD, or printed on paper. You are free to do this, give copies to others, and even use the book as text for an educational purpose. My only request is that you include the author's name on any distribution.
I would greatly appreciate any comments, corrections, etc. What did you like about the book, and what was not so good. How could it be improved. Should the material be organized in a different way. Whatever is on your mind would help me, since I will probably rewrite it anyway, and I would like it to appeal to more people the second time.
